Annexed to the church of the same name, it was erected in 1449 and is the site of the Friars Minor of Saint Francis. Around 1460, the Blessed Pietro Fratangioli from Trequanda lived there and donated the icon of the Our Lady of Refuge, an image attributed to Sano di Pietro, for whom, in 1532, a chapel was built and annexed to the complex by the Orlandini family.
